I have been involved with family law and family systems since 1983. I am an attorney licensed in Kansas (1983) and Missouri (1984). I received my Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1983. I firmly believe that family members should resolve their disputes in a non-hostile, uncontested manner. My experience with mediation has shown that a skilled mediator is able to provide the proper setting for family members to successfully resolve their serious differences, reach an agreement, and move beyond the conflict.
